The superior direction of CDA, public company which belongs to Education, Culture and Sport Department of Regional Govern of Aragón, corresponds to board of directors, that have like principals activities to approve the general program of activities, the budget memories and the activities of each year.

Managing Director suggests annual program to board of directors and he's responsible of carrying out the activities approved. He's responsible of the correct service of the department of the centre:

Production department planes and develops the production and co-production projects. Also he establish the technical need for the rest of activities

 Distribution and new publics: it plans the distribution of spectacles; it designs and makes the spreading of the spectacles, also the campaign of publics, politics of prices ect…

Department of Documentation: it provides data and material of documentation in relation to performing arts to professionals and public in general, giving evidence of present and historical theatre activities in our region. Also there is a conservation activity giving to the material an adapted medium for consulting. Other activities like publications of books, workshops and dramatic lectures are coordinate by this department.

Department of Administration: All subjects about the personal staff of the centre and professionals who take part in the spectacles are directed and supervised by this department. Also economic and administrative subjects in relation to centre are controlled in this department.
